The short version

Helel is a wellbeing companion for adults 18+ — not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It costs $59.99/month, and you can cancel anytime. Use it kindly and lawfully, and it's yours.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or olderto use Helel, and able to form a binding agreement where you live. Helel is not intended for children, and we don't knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. By using Helel you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity that happens under it. Give us accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Helel is for personal wellbeing and reflection. Please don't use it to:

Break the law, or harm, harass, or endanger yourself or others.
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its models.
Impersonate someone, or misrepresent Helel as a licensed or emergency service.
Disrupt, overload, or probe the platform's security.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or put others at risk.

Subscription & billing

Price. Helel is $59.99 per month, charged to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancel anytime.Cancel from Settings whenever you like. You keep access through the end of the current paid period; we don't charge you again after that.
Refunds.Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.
Price changes.If we change the price, we'll tell you in advance; changes apply to future billing cycles, never retroactively.

Helel is a wellbeing companion. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, does not provide professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

In an emergency — if you or someone else may be in danger — contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Helel is not built for crisis response and cannot summon help.

How the AI behaves

Helel's responses are generated by AI and can be imperfect or wrong. Treat them as a supportive conversation, not fact or instruction. Use your own judgement, especially for decisions about your health, finances, safety, or legal matters.

Ownership

The Helel software, brand, and content are ours. Your conversations and the things you share are yours — we only use them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Helel is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helel and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes & contact
