Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help a website remember things across pages, like keeping you signed in. Some are essential. Others are optional and need your consent.
2Essential cookiesAlways on
These are always on, because Helel can't work without them:
- Sign-in: keep you securely signed in.
- Security: protect against fraud and abuse.
- Preferences: remember your choices, including your cookie choices.
3Analytics cookiesOptional
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and PostHog to count visits, sign-ups and monthly active users, so we can improve Helel. They load only if you accept analytics cookies.

4Advertising cookiesOptional
We advertise Helel on Facebook and Instagram, and through Microsoft Advertising on Bing. If you accept advertising cookies, we load the Meta Pixel and the Microsoft UET tag, and our server may send the same events to Meta through the Conversions API. This tells us which ads led people to visit helel.ai, sign up or subscribe.

We never send Meta or Microsoft your test answers, conversations, memories or messages. Meta's own use of this data is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
5What we don't do
We never show ads inside Helel, and we never sell your data. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles from your conversations. Helel is funded by subscriptions.
6How to control cookies
- Cookie banner:the first time you visit, choose “Accept all”, “Reject all” or pick categories. Nothing optional loads before you choose.
- Change your mind:open “Cookie settings” in the website footer at any time.
- Browser settings: you can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out.
